Fuss-Free Haircare

There are a ton of different haircare products out there and sometimes it can be overwhelming because you simply don't know which ones are going to be worth the money. Here are four products I've been testing out for 6 month or more.

Batiste XXL Volume Dry Shampoo: I love having a good dry shampoo on hand as it is great for second- and third- day hair to revive your locks. If you have a crazy work schedule I would definitely recommend trying out a dry shampoo. I also like using this to add texture and volume to my hair. I like the Batiste formula but I must say that the XXL Volume is more powerful then the original formula. So make sure you use a light hand when applying it.  It can add a bit too much texture and make your hair a bit crunchy if you go all out.  The original formula, however, is perfect. Remember to shake the bottle well before applying.

The Moroccanoil Treatment is my number one HG haircare item. I have quite thick hair and my locks just love the extra moisture and nourishment. You can use this on both dry and damp hair to smooth out and de-frizz your hair. Another tip is if you have too much on your hands don't wipe it off, rub it into your hands for lovely, moisturized skin.

What I like most about the Kevin Murphy Staying Alive Leave-In Conditioner is the natural smell. It is a great lightweight conditioning spray that leaves the hair silky smooth. I like using this on wet hair right after getting out of the shower.

TRESemmé Split Remedy is a great drugstore product that is an incredible bang for your buck. There is a ton of product in the bottle and you only need a little bit to help moisturize your hair. I would recommend applying this on damp hair and combing it through. If you have never tried a leave-in conditioner this would be a nice inexpensive one to test out.
