Haul | Clinique, Rimmel, Real Techniques & More

All of these items were no-brainers when I saw them - meaning, yes that's right up my street no questions asked.

I was looking for another blush to apply blush with and right now, Ecotools Tapered Blush Brush is filling the spot. Its very soft and is flat, meaning that depending on how you hold it the blush colour will be distributed differently.

Further filling up my brush department, I chose to go with the Real Techniques Eyes Starter Set. Look out for an in-depth review of these bad boys, but for now - I am loving the large, dense crease brush in this set!

I was looking for a different scent for my body wash - even though I still have a cucumber/melon Olay and grapfruit numbers to go through - so I was happy to pick up Dove Go Fresh Plum and Sakura Blossom Body Wash. The scent isn't heavy, but it doesn't last on me at all. It has an almost gel-like consistency, which I don't find to be ultra moisturizing.

I picked up a few more tools of the trade - Goody comb set, Revlon tweezers, and the new Rimmel Exaggerate eyeshadow primer. Also, I picked up the Annabelle Gun Metal eyeliner since I'm hoping to do a few cool-toned looks soon (rather than an Amber Rush eye, see here).

Last but certainly not least, I picked up the Clinique Black Honey eyeshadow. I had been getting lots of wear out of the Black Honey lipstick - although I'm not a very matchy-matchy girl with makeup, I liked the idea of having this smoky, plummy brown on my lids and lips.

What "gaps" are you looking to fill in your makeup stash?
